We have also included an example exercise that demonstrates the minimum technical requirements to being an RA in the guide. The exercise is meant to be purely informative as a general example, is not exhaustive, and is not meant to represent the day-to-day work of any particular RA.
In doing the example, you should focus on devising an empirical strategy to approach a causal question with the data provided. The data provided will be mostly clean but may not be in a helpful format. You will need to come up with the empirical strategy, reformat the data to map it to the empirical strategy, and provide evidence toward answering the causal question.
